Easy to find and close enough to New Haven to make it good seeing the sights and Yale. The first room we were offered was dark and had a narrow high up window which you could not see out of. We were offered an alternative immediately and without fuss. The room was old fashioned but was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.

Very friendly staff at the front desk when we checked in. Breakfast was good with freshly delivered bagels daily. Large room. Comfortable bed. Location was convenient and safe.
