I booked 5 rooms for my talent for a local concert. I changed cc for all rooms. They only changed the cc for one room. When my band arrived they couldn't checkin. We tried calling for 30 min to correct it and no answer. My husband had to drive 20 miles to the location to change cc. Needless to say my concert started late!
