The staff were all so present offering greetings and help at all times. The breakfast was like no other. Fresh, organic, a vast array of choice and barista coffee as much as you would like. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was so quiet -if you wanted to sleep all day you could!

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Everything was perfect! The breakfast is excellent! Susanne (the owner) is always willing to serve you! When you visit Vienna, it's a must-stay apartment!

It was EXTRAORDINARY. Lovely lights, comfortable beds, smart TV, towels in the bathroom, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, great design, lovely colors - what more could you possibly want from a room. I highly recommend.
