Offering self-contained accommodation, Sunrise Motel is situated in Barooga. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned and offer a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The property is 31 km from Yarrawonga and 29 km from Mulwala. Talk about appearances being deceptive. The sign out front was a little worn but the minute you walk through the door it was very comfortable and spacious. Lovely set up, spotlessly clean. Working internet, working TV, comfortable couch and bedding and a hot shower. I liked the eco-friendly rubbish collection. I really liked the place and after a long drive it was the perfect place to rest. I also liked the confirmation communication provided by the staff.

The property was ideal for our overnight stay on our return trip from holidays. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable and went that extra mile to ensure all needs were met. You could see this was a family business run by people who genuinely care for their customers. Their communication from start to finish was outstanding. We have added this location to our “must stay there again” list.
