Nice place just by the coast, comfortably outside of the sometimes manic golf cart dreadlock of the town center. The walk on the beach side to dead center is about 15ish minutes, 10ish to the first restaurants. Has a good chilling area outside with a palapa, chairs and hammocks. Thw staff is lovely and helped us with snorkeling tours and golf cart rental. The room was roomy with two beds and a desk + a minifridge. There are good breakfast options a few blocks walk toward the town and a nice coffee stand within premises which opens a bit later in the morning for people who don't usually wake up at 6am like us.The beach bar outside is far enough away that there is no sound pollution from there coming to the rooms (at least to the Casa Blanca building where we were). Decent internet for an island location: 26.90MB/s down, 25.17MB/s up, with 44ms latency.

Incredible experience from the point of booking even to checking out. I loved the communication via whatsapp, staff were on hand 24/7 for anything we needed and were so responsive. The rooms were beautifully kept and cleaned and gorgeous views from the resort. Much quieter than the sister resort next door.

There is a restaurant serving American cuisine, and free private parking is available. The friendlyness, the owner was there very nice and friendly, we had breakfast and OMG it was awesome, I had the waffles and bacon, and it came with fresh fruit. We stayed on San Pedro but wanted to see the city before leaving the rooms are small but very clean . We stay there again.

The villa was well set-up, staff very personable and helpful. The room we had was very spacious. Well set-up kitchen, washer and dryer, big deck and very secure.

The staff helped us so much on arrival and Julian and Justin were fantastic. They upgraded us to a better room, and when a small challenge arose, they upgraded us to their biggest best apartment suite with the ocean view. Great place, best location of all hotels.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 100 metres from San Pedro Beach. It was great for what I needed. 5 minute walk to dive shops and very clean. The fridge and microwave in the room was much appreciated. The staff were great. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk around the corner. Would stay again.
