The staff were excellent, they accommodated all our needs. The rooms are all modern and well equipped. You get a welcome drink. All went fine. We even extended our stay one more night.

Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are included in all rates. It is a very beautiful and well-kept hotel. Location is good: 10-15 min walk from central station or one tram stop plus 5 min walking. The room was well designed, the breskfast - tasty and nutritional. Staff was very friendly too.

They feature wooden floors, smart TVs, a work desk, and a hairdryer. the staff were very helpful. i opted for the breakfast one morning and it was a wonderful option to have - lots of choices and delicious, fresh food. the location was easily walkable to many shops and restaurants.

The restaurant Alexander serves Swiss specialties and offers different Pizza varieties and delivery service in the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was fine :)

We haven’t used public transport as we walked to the city centre. Friendly staff and lots of amenities. Great value for money.
