Very good layout, lift to the garage and garage itself is a great value especially on a snowy day. Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable and, most of, all perfectly clean. Very good communication with the host - clear information on the apartment, accessories, how to collect keys and ect. it was very helpful. Last but not least - welcoming wine - much appreciated! I will definitely consider Parsennresidenz when I am next in Davos.
