Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.

There was nothing missing for our needs.

Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

Of the six places we stayed during our trip to China, this guesthouse was truly exceptional. The place is beautifully decorated and clean, but what really makes it special is Mary. She was incredibly helpful, planning our three-day itinerary in the area and even rescuing us when we found ourselves without tickets for the Glass Bridge. The food Mary prepared for us, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. One of our daughters is gluten-free, and Mary always remembered this, preparing special dishes just for her. This was the best guesthouse we stayed at in China.

Great host, stayed here last year and he helped plan my day trip in the park. He speaks English.

Trust me, no one can beat his services since I traveled a lot. And my room was in the highest floor with most beautiful views of day and night!

Super responsive on the phone, also whatsapp and helped even remotely when I was already in the mountains. The guesthouse is cozy, clean and with a nice vibe. I loved my room. It was spacious, simple, and comfortable. important that I can open the window and have some fresh air as well. There is plenty of local restaurants and shops around to get by with shopping for food, grocery or gifts. If I come back to Zhangjiajie I will stay again for sure!
