Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.

The hotel is in a great location, close to both the Valley of the Kings and the hot air balloon launch site. The food was fresh and tasty, and I especially enjoyed the orange juice and mulberry bread. The host was very kind and offered great help when my husband wasn’t feeling well. It was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone welcomed me warmly when I walked in. “KR” stands for “Kareem”, which is the hotel's full name - looking for the full name instead would be easier to locate. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly! Mahmoud, a wonderful young man, serves you with his heart. Another young man - I can’t spell his name, but he has green eyes- beautiful- you will easily recognize him, not because of his red hair and green eyes, but also his bright smile. Overall, my stay there was great! Egypt has the nicest people, and KR has been a highlight of my experience. I really love them and recommend this place to you!

Everyone was very kind and friendly, especially the cook with his simplicity in preparing the super delicious food😋😋😋, the gentleman who helps with the suitcases was always available, at the reception we were well received with fresh water, tea and coffee😊 The person in charge gave me good suggestions for tours and we did a city tour for a good price through him, the hotel surprised me in every way, we were very happy. It also has a rooftop restaurant and a large garden. Great place, location and staff. Very courteous and straight forward. Will definitely stay there again!

The staff is incredibly kind. Mohammed arranged tours for us so we didnt have to worry about anything. In the tours, all the staff were super kind, the best in all Egypt. The room was super big, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Everything was clean and breakfast was delicious. They gave us free late check out which was very helpful. We would definitely come back again!! Thank you for everything!
