There is no elevator and the rooms are located on 4 different floors (there are no rooms on the ground level, only Reception and breakfast area). The staff is at you disposal to help with the luggage upon your check-in. There is no air conditioning in the building, however every room has a fan. Very charming small hotel full of character right in centre of Orleans. Loved my room which was very spacious and had cute balcony. Staff were amazing and really attentive.

The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful in offering ideas for places to see as well as places to eat. Parking was a very reasonable price for both location and security. Would highly recommend!

The village amazing with a lovely market and very welcoming people. Staff of the hotel/restaurant are amazing. The building is a jewel.
