Hiking, biking, fishing, shooting and cycling can all be enjoyed in the local area. A golf club can also be found within a 15-minute walk of the hotel, and Edinburgh city centre can be reached in less than an hour by car. From the moment we got there, we were made to feel very welcome. Very positive energy and environment. Lovely place to stop even for just a night. Had some lovely conversations with the owners, was lovely to get to know their story a little as well:)

The property is 0.7 miles from Drumnadrochit and 1.5 miles from Urquhart Castle. The wonderful atmosphere in both the bar & restaurant, were we enjoyed some great meals,whiskeys & wines. Rooms were newly renovated, clean & comfortable.

This small, family-run metro hotel has easy access by bus to Edinburgh city centre, less than 2 miles away. It offers free on-street parking, free WiFi, en-suite rooms and a bar.

The Hotel Ceilidh-Donia is in a quiet residential area, just off Dalkeith Road, a major route into Edinburgh. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. Absolutely everything! Marvelous staff, delicious breakfast, less than a minute walk for public transportation, excellent rooms and decorations. Just perfect, made us feel like home.

This small family-run inn was one of our favourite places to stay during our two-week trip in Scotland. The house is situated on a beautiful peninsula with a lovely view and a “getting away from it all” feel. The interior has been lovingly renovated with creative touches using natural materials — e.g., our room had a woven jute toilet-paper holder and a spalted-birch beam across the ceiling — and guests have ample common space in the well stocked breakfast room and lounge. The hands-on owners were very warm and hospitable and the breakfast was superb.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. Outdoor furniture is available for guests to relax or dine outside. Beautiful and homely property. Extremely clean and perfectly organized. The owners take a lot of pride in their property. Service was perfect, friendly owners and the breakfast was well made and had a lot of food. The room was really cute. Really clean. Had everything required for a very comfortable stay.
