We loved La Roja for many reasons, location is good for all activities, the rooms are large and bed is comfortable, there is bottle of water in room and you can refill anytime, breakfast is provided and options are good. The property does not cook lunch/dinner but there is very good Warung 88 just 1 min walk, and cool The Chill restaurant which is 20 mins away by walking. Shower is not strongest but its good enough. The best part of La Roja is Evan who manages the property, Evan is excellent, helpful in anyway, he helped us with transport to The Chill when we got back one day and did not have energy to walk. He also organised car with driver for two days, and transport to port when we were leaving. Thank you Evan, you are the best!!! We recommend La Roja as your base when you visit Nusa Penida
