Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. Ailwee Cave, also featuring an underground river and a waterfall, is only 3km from the property. The thing I liked the most was the cottage ambient there was on the walls, also the view we had of the mountains was gorgeous. The pictures truly don’t make the place justice. The owners were amazing as well, kind and friendly. We will be back for sure!

Everything was fantastic. The staff were super nice and were happy to accommodate our requests. Our room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was meticulously clean and smelled great.

We spent two nights at Rolf’s in Baltimore and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was small but charming, clean, and fully adequate for a comfortable stay. The food was outstanding — refined French-style cuisine with a subtle German touch. We started with the scallops St. Jacques and the duck liver, both rich and perfectly balanced. For mains, the venison was cooked beautifully, and the fish stew — still made by their mother — was absolutely delicious and full of tradition. What really made our stay special was the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by Frederica and Johannes, the lovely brother-sister duo running this family business. Frederica was a perfect host — gracious and attentive — while Johannes impressed us not only with his culinary skills but also with his sense of humor and passion for cooking. It’s a charming and heartfelt place, where you feel the family history and pride in every detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baltimore — both for dining and for a peaceful, authentic stay.

Lahiff's Bay View Guest House is located in Spanish Point, 23 km from Cliffs of Moher, 45 km from Dromoland Golf Course, and 45 km from Dromoland Castle. Providing free private parking, the 3-star bed and breakfast is 1.1 km from Spanish Point Beach. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation is right by the sea (there are just some sweet Irish cows in between :)) and a beautiful sandy beach is not far away. The breakfast in the accommodation was very tasty and was arranged individually according to our wishes. We will be very happy to come back!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderfully convenient area in Kilronan, about a five-minute stroll from the ferry port. The entire place was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. All of the staff was kind and helpful. I'm not really a breakfast eater, but the food was so delicious that I ate every morning I was there. I absolutely recommend staying here and I hope to return sooner than later!

You cannot ask for a better view than this place! So peaceful! Sarah Jane was very friendly and provided us with all the useful information to know for our stay. The room was nice and comfortable. Just the right size for 2 people. I was surprised by the nice shower this place has. I wish we could have spent one more night there!
