The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the bedroom was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. From the moment we walked in the door Nil on the front desk looked after us so well from check in to making sure we were comfortable in our room through to our departure. A great example of good customer service.
