The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, room service and ticket service for guests. We arrived at the middle of the night because our first accommodation was terrible. This was the only hotel with 24/7 reception and English speaking receptionist who answered our call at 4 am. The hotel was amazing, the room is very beautiful and well equipped. We loved our stay here.

It offers elegant non-smoking rooms with air conditioning, free newspapers and a buffet breakfast. The location for this place is just perfect, just off Piazza delle Erbe with access to some amazing shops and eateries this was simply incredible, the perfect base to see all that Verona has to offer, within easy walking distance... What looks like a closed alleyway with a old well leads to Piazza dei Signori with the imposing statue of Dante and into the courtyard which leads to Galleria d'Arte Moderna Achille Forti....
