The service was excellent, all the staff were so helpful, even with my limited Japanese. If you want a relaxing place, this is it, they have both public and private baths available (private is extra cost).

The hotel is very classy and their beds are amazingly comfy, not to mention the delicious breakfast buffet which offers some local specialties like beef tongue curry ! Will definitely come back next time I go visit Sendai. Interesting fact : if you want to send your suitcase by takuhaibin courrier, the reception will provide you with waybills pre-filled with their own address (as sender) so you don't have to fill that part.

The bathroom features a high-tech toilet, hairdryer and toothbrushes. Trouser press is available on site. Very good hotel in a strange location, in the middle of an industrial estate. There is a train service but it is about a 30 mins walk there. Some really good facilities, breakfasts were really good mainly Japanese, remember to have bare feet.
