The property is non-smoking and is set 26 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. The staff was really nice. We had a tour through the hotel (even the roof top). We were also offered to be driven to the beach by car.

This 3-star ryokan offers a lift and full-day security. Guests have access to a hot spring bath, public bath and open-air bath. The staff are nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel is well managed and facilities feels new and clean. There are 7 free out-door private onsens available, which are very nice and easy to use and were never full during our stay. The sea view in the room is great especially for watching sun-rise. Half-board meals provided were great with numerous seafood dishes including lobster and abalone etc which are over our expectation. We could park our car right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. We had a very nice experience staying here for 2 nights.

With a shared lounge, the 3-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is located 31 km from Shuzenji Niji no Sato. The personel was incredibly friendly and helped me a lot planning activitys and finding spots to eat. The room was large and very cosy with a nice view of the sea. A little community area with tea and the option to purchase noodles was a nice add on.

Guests can take a mini cable car up to the outdoor hot-spring baths in the mountains. An indoor public hot-spring baths and massage services are available as well. Everything! You will not find a more authentic Japanese experience than this inn! I wish we had stayed longer. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately it rained for two days straight… so our sightseeing was cut short…. But staying here totally made the trip worth while!! From the welcome at reception, to the amazing view from our room and everything in between… it was perfect. We stayed in a room with a hot spring bath in the bathroom. The dinner and breakfast were delivered to our room. The “kitchen” staff were gorgeous! The futons were comfortable, and everything was spotless. We tried the open air bath at night. Such a different experience in the rain. Sitting in a warm bath, under the roof, listening to the rain falling! It was so peaceful. The owners are very kind and gracious. They are the 5th generation of the family to own the ryokan. They even offered us a lift to the station in the morning and helped us with an issue that we had with our tickets. I am definitely returning in the future!

An outdoor swimming pool is available in August and guests can enjoy sunbathing at the terrace with a cold drink. The property is just a 1-minute walk from Itami Bus Stop. Itami Bus Stop is accessible within a 10-minute bus ride from Shimoda Train Station. We stayed 2 nights in a beautiful room with sea view. All the facilities are modern and clean. Very spacious building. Infinity pool. You book a slot for private Onsen looking over the sea. Absolutely beautiful. We rent an E-bikes ¥1000 per day to get around the beautiful town. Staffs were so helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. We wish we stayed longer!

The building has natural wood scent which is cery soothing. The location is a few steps from Mt Fuji World Heritage Center. There are plenty of parking space in the front. The staff are very helpful. Ogushi-san helped me book the restaurant for dinner and even walk with me to the restaurant. When I do some work in the lounge at night. She prepared me some hot tea and snack. And they have the self service open bar. Guests can have all the alcohol drinks such as sake, plum wine or whisky by themselves. If I travel to Japan again, I might even plan another stop in Fuinomiya just to stay at this hotel.
