The receptionists were the sweetest, we felt really welcome. The staff was really attentive and cared about us, going out of their way to make our stay great. The room was as described, the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the evening and morning swim at the pool, it was something magical! Our heartfelt compliments to the chef - we absolutely LOVED the food! In the morning, the cook prepared the breakfast from the coconut he harvested from the hotel's garden that same morning! The location is a bit remote, but also very calm and quiet. Walking around we could peek into the lives of common Sri Lankans. All in all, a great stay, recommended!

It is about 20mins to the airport and 20mins to the beach area, otherwise there is not much outside the resort but if you want a quiet place to relax this place is perfect. It is set in amongst lots of vegetation, ponds and free roaming animals including rabbits, chooks and turkeys! The individual bungalow was very clean and spacious and the bathroom superb. The a/c worked well it was so quiet apart from the odd plane flying overhead! The restaurant serves lovely dinners and breakfast was nice too. Staff were great and airport transfers a big bonus! We loved our stay here. The team led by Milan were kind friendly and courteous. Our room was extra large and the bed sublime. The pool area was cute and clean and a wonderful place to cool off. The gardens were lovely. We enjoyed being away from the chaos of Negombo town. Breakfast was exceptional. The very noisy air conditioner and ceiling fan were the only minor negatives.

Amazing property, beautiful big rooms, ours had a nice terrace overlooking the pool. Beautiful garden all around. A few minutes distance to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. Great breakfast, but most of all , the nicest owner and staff.
