I walked everywhere from the hotel, in all directions: Centro district, my resident friend's home, etc. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was totally ready, including water bottles. I loved the restaurant: long hours, good menu. room service option (I liked better to sit downstairs with other guests.) Good setup for anyone with a handicapped family or friend travelling with them. Elevator works well. I had a large room, easy to move around in for anyone with mobility problems. Good floor plan in my room.

The security was great—they buzz you in and out, and there are cameras everywhere. Front desk clerk was super friendly, and the cleaning staff was excellent. The place had cookware, toaster, microwave, 4 burner stove, coffee maker, a blender which was handy, and it’s close to Parque Metropolitano for walks. They have nice hot water and consistent water pressure.
