The room and the bed was super comfy and the location is fantastic, just round the corner from Puno’s main square. The breakfast was also great!

Clean, fine food, helpful stuff. What most impressed me is the fact that I have forgotten my cardholder in the hotel room. The same day from the hotel called me and arranged to send the cardholder to my new place in Arequipa. I would like to express gratitude to the honest stuff of the hotel! Thank you!
