I don't know her name, but treating your guest with respect goes a long way. There is so much complementary stuff. You really don't need anything while staying there. We went off-season but still found good restaurants around. Walking the villages when they are empty was my favorite part. I'm definitely going back with our son.

Great location in the middle of Vail village, the hotel accommodated our request for an additional bed for a kid, so it was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around the village with great food options for dinner. Even though they all require a reservation weeks in advance, we were able to get in to very nice places without a reservation. It snowed every day, skiing conditions were amazing. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot tub - a great way to relax after skiing.
