All rooms at Toyoko Inn Kyoto Nijojo Minami have air conditioning and a desk. Rooms were super big. Way bigger than in pictures. Didn't expect double bathrooms, baths and showers. Beds were so big you could easily fit 4 people on each bed. There's also a closet that the picture was missing which came extra convenient.
