Plötzhof is a quirky old home full of character and very well appointed in the kitchen and bathroom without losing any of the old charm. We enjoyed exploring the area especially a trip to the Hallstatt salt mine and the lakes closer to the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much

The house is spacious in all ways. We enjoyed the luxury of three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You won't feel cramped on the terrace either. And you can drive right up to the front door. Spent 4 nights with family (2 parents, 2 grandparents and 2 kids) here. The apartment has plenty of space for 6 people, kitchen is very well equipped, there are several bicycles available, table tennis, darts and kid toys as well. The interior of the house is very pleasing and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Lots of hiking tracks and bicycle routes are near by. Easy access to the lakes and also Salzburg is reachable within 30-40 mins by car or by public transportation. The host, Natascha was very nice, responsive and supportive. Will definitely stay again here if we are back to this region.
