Very welcoming and friendly hosts _ Rod & Lyn. We stayed in one of the two refurbished historic cottages. On the morning of our departure, Rod showed us around the interior of the historic mansion which is his and Lyn's home complete with a fascinating collection of antiques and art work. We felt very grand. Set in a stately garden of mature trees surrounding a large victorian italianate (private) mansion. Very classy. Our cottage was beautifully decorated in traditional style. Bath robes in rooms. Colonial windows overlook the sunny garden, well equipped small kitchen. Friendly owner gave the personal touch. We will stay again if the opportunity arrives.
