We've been travelling through Tasmania for a week or so and this was by far the best place we'd stayed at. The house is big and feels like a house, the pictures really don't give it justice! Everything was super clean and comfy, fully equipped kitchen and anything you may need. Would totally recommend it. Jo was very nice and even left us some food in the fridge! The place is easy to find, just some 3 minutes by car from Geevestone

The house in general. Comfortable, lovely view, good spa. Well thought out with everything you'd need for a comfortable short or long term stay. Lovely and quiet, good heating and cooling. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cutlery, glasses and crockery etc. Good coffee machine with pods supplied. Comfortable furniture. Free WiFi. Loved the tiny wall mounted washing machine for smalls!

Lovely cottage, setting and animals... perfect for relaxing and getting out and about in this beautiful part of Tasmania. Owners Kym and Kim made us very welcome, and nice fresh produce as welcome pack for breakfast. But the donkeys, chooks ,ponies and other animals stole the show !!

Oh what a delight Little Oak is! The setting is beautiful, the gardens so wonderfully tranquil, & the house tastefully furnished with lovely linen, comfortable beds & so many extra little touches like the fresh bread, homemade jam & beautiful flowers from the garden scattered throughout. It was a delight to have access to the vegetable garden & to enjoy our meals under the apple trees. Thank you Ania & Naomi for sharing your special world with us.

    Kym met us at the gate and let us into the cottage. We were welcomed with a note on the blackboard. She also baked fresh bread for us. Kim made sure we had enough wood for the fireplace. The animals were friendly. We got to watch the platypus play in the creek. The wine was well priced. The cottage was close to Cockle Creek, the Hatz Mountains, and the other villages of the Huon River. It was a pleasure to add a comment to the Guest Book.
