From the moment we walked into Baxter's, the house felt like a home from home. Sue had catered for everything. For us, the house was a great location, being a 10 minute walk to the delightful CBD of Clare. We had a couple of lovely meals at restaurants, Seed and Indii. The surrounding countryside was pretty, and we enjoyed exploring the historic villages, wineries, and breweries that were in abundance. All in all, a fabulous and memorable stay.

Location was picturesque and easy to find but private amongst rolling hills and vineyards. Birds in trees and bushes made breakfast under the gazebo a delight. Breakfast provisions provided were plentiful in addition to complimentary wine, chocolates and fresh fruit. Very clean with comfortable beds.

Location was great, close to the Main Street for eating out at cafes and restaurants. Very well equipped house and a nice surprise with breakfast supplies! Would definitely stay there again.
