A gem hidden to be discovered! Spectacular property with amazing natural views in middle of small picturesque town of Exeter. The house itself is tasteful with all the amenities that you may need in a house for a comfortable stay. Luxurious and good quality products across the house. The bathrooms were well equipped with comfortable toiletries, overall décor of the house is very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors which is well equipped with BBQ and comfortable seating allowing us to view across the farms and hills. We loved the indoor fireplace is very chic and cosy.

Lovely home. Well appointed. I appreciated the food basics in the kitchen (olive oil, tea, coffee pods, marshmallows etc.) Blissfully quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything was lovely.

The atmosphere, the total eclectic rooms, the warmth of both fires. OMG the bathroom was spectacular. The fact that everything was there to use if we wanted to. Not that we did but if we had of forgotten something ourselves it was already there. It was total bliss. Only regret, we only stayed for one night. We were a party of 6, there was so much room and privacy too.

As we pulled into the property, we were tantalised by the meandering tree lined driveway bordered by lichen covered timber fences. The approach to the residence didn't disappoint. We were met with beautiful gardens surrounding the verandah and a glimpse of the pavilion supporting the swimming pool. The magnificent vista to the south viewable from the home's verandah panned out over rolling paddocks and tree filled hills. The house interior was glorious. It was clean and very well appointed and had lots of indoor activities (including a pool table and table tennis). The swimming pool was clean with a retractable cover. The adjoining pavilion and outdoor seating area was a perfect retreat for relaxing days of swimming. This is truly a special place. A lovely residence nestled in established gardens and adjoining forest and nature. Lots of wildlife nearby, and set away enough from any main roads to make you feel like you're comfortably remote from the outside world.

This was a brilliant property for our girls' weekend away. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, open spaces outside and relaxing areas inside. We loved the fire place, green lawn for a fun game of croquet, walks around the farm, and fabulous shopping in Bowral and Exeter. It was just magical, and the 4pm checkout was very much appreciated.
