Initially, I was a little anxious to rent the property since it was my first time renting a villa in Barbados, unaware, what to expect. After I spoke and met the host of the property, I was very comfortable with my decision to stay. The Host gave my family and I a complete tour of the house and reiterated to call him, should I encountered any problems. There were no issues while we stayed at the property. The property team went above and beyond to strategize a security system that emulated a fortress, ensuring guests are safe during their stay. We were a family of 7 persons, which included 5 teenagers (girls). The girls enjoyed themselves, especially, playing in the pool and the adults slept peacefully. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will stay there again. I highly recommend this property for a big family or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy Barbados in its entirety.

Perfect home from home, Ottie was exceptionally well equipped with kitchenware, basic kitchen supplies like oil etc, towels, beach towels, bedding and some toiletries. Great washing machine and dryer (very handy subject to downpours 😂). Tastefully decorated, clean, AC in bedrooms, lovely shower room. What more could you ask for? We loved the location - nearest beach is a five minute walk along to Jumas (nice beach bar, food average) and Lone Star (fancy and expensive!) or there’s Thunder Bay about a 20 minute walk in the other direction (cheaper sunbeds, food and a more relaxed vibe). Sitting out front of the property, we were always waved at and the locals were all very friendly and there were often monkeys running around too! (Note the front garden is right on the main road but the upside of this is that you can hail a bus/taxi to/from the front door!) There’s a convenience store across the road (just the basics) or Holetown is half an hour walk away (bus journey time varies depending on traffic) where there’s a big supermarket and a variety of shops, bank, restaurants etc. The convenience store also doubles up as a kind of local bar - you can buy beers and sit outside watching sport on their huge tv and having a chat with the locals - we really enjoyed that! Finally - thank you to Akeema the lovely agent there to meet and greet us at the beginning and end of the holiday - she is a lovely lady and exceptionally helpful!

10 minutes from beach. Nice garden. Bradley very helpful. Everything you need for your holiday. Aircon very good in bedroom Near by Beach very safe to swim from. Bus stop at end of road. Nice cafes on beach.

This is such a lovely place to stay. Nicole is a fantastic host and was always ready to help with anything. The house is a very comfortable traditional Bajan home with a good kitchen, comfy beds, good shower and all you need. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly although there are a few chickens so ear plugs are a good idea if that would bother you. The location is excellent for a 10 minute walk to the beach (Bats Rock - which is a fantastic natural beach with palm trees and safe swimming), easy walking to supermarket, restaurants and bars. We stayed for a week and would happily go back. There is also ample parking and easy road access to the rest of the island. Sat Nav can be a bit tricky, but searching ‘Prospect Close, Saint James, Barbados’ on Google maps is correct. The close is off Crusher Site Road, which is well known. The what3words is ///straying.ember.turns.

This is a lovely place. If you are looking for that home away from home feeling, then this is the place for you. Very comfortable, modern and clean. The host, Dario, was wonderful. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about. This property is also close to a lovely beach. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be coming back.

Everything was brilliant. Communication with Carl in the uk to communication with Marcia on the island. The villa is beautiful and even more spacious than it appears in the photos. There is everything you need for a very comfortable week. The swimming pool and gym is in the building around the corner, no distance at all! The plunge pool is in the back garden and everything is very well maintained. The beds were super comfy! The grounds are secure and have a gate and security. The beach is a 9minute walk down the road and 5minutes to the local bar and bus stop. The buses are frequent and a lot of fun! The supermarket is a 8 minute drive and holetown is 20minutes south with an even bigger availability of stores. There are restaurants up and down the beach road. Some local and some fancy.

We enjoyed a wonderful week staying at Seacruise. The whole team were very accommodating and the villa is spacious with an en-suite in each bedroom. Dorothy helped us rent a 7 seater car which was delivered to the villa; I think a car is necessary to navigate Barbados from the north of the island. Chef Ezra was excellent and made us some delicious local food as well as put on a great BBQ. If you are considering stay here, we would definitely recommend.

    Loved the two little dogs who came and visited everyday and all the other wildlife. The proximity to Quantum gym, literally 5 min walk down the road pretty much had it to ourselves. The path by side of villas which made an easy walking loop down to beach. The staff were lovely.

    Lovely villas in an excellent location. Paul was always there to help. We hired a car as it makes it much easier to get to the beaches and other locations on the island.
