Kids room was somewhat small, but that was no problem for our kids. Two bedrooms and a bath on first floor were more than enough. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room and family room (all in one, but comfortable) with a fireplace. Also, there is a guest toilet on the ground room. Nice terrace with barbecue.
