We love the location of the villa. Quite neighbourhood. We love the pool area with grill outside very good to cook with friends and family. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they answered when they needed them.

Lovely spacious peaceful villa, with a good size pool and a great outdoor space. Our family enjoyed the table tennis, dartboard and bbq - the kitchen also had everything we needed. There were plenty of options for sun and shade throughout the day around the villa with the pool being in the sun the whole time. The pool heating was great, we visited in April and the water was lovely and warm. It was a couple of minutes walk to a lovely little beach with a great beach bar. The owners were very helpful with all of our questions and we had a brilliant stay here. The main road has a supermarket, ice cream shop and several nice restaurant’s - we would recommend Kara’s, Just Italian and Kalifi.

The apartment was a lovely size. The pool was right beside the apartment which was so easy, the place is quite in both residence and surrounding noise.. Used the barbecue that felt special sitting outside by the pool very relaxing. Nately was really helpful with any questions. Kitchen was well equiped . Air con in all rooms made it comfortable Parking the car right beside the front door was great .

it was an apartment with a shared pool but in the 3 days I was there I didn't meet anyone...it's a quiet place my children were happy with the pool...we had parking the location was super ok with the GPS I could go anywhere I felt at home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and stunning views that took our breath away. The villa itself is spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was a true highlight—perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying meals on the terrace while soaking in the sunset. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beaches. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and I can't wait to return! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We staied in this Villa in Ayia Napa for one week and we really loved it. The position is super, only 2 minutes by car from the center but in a very quiet and relaxing district. The staff is very helpful and kind, we had a problem with the keys at 4.00 a.m. and they helped us immediately. The Villa was very clean, well furbished and with all the comforts. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

    Christina has put a lot of thought into how to prepare for holiday guests. She was away during our stay but was always available to answer any questions. Small details count for a lot, for example the pool has acces steps in at the shallow end- I've never understood why you would put a ladder into the deep end of a pool! You could sit on these steps all day, fabulous! We had water, wine and treats waiting for us in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and clean, air con was very welcome. This is how to run a holiday villa!

    The perfect private villa. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and beaches, but also away from the main strip, it's quiet and peaceful. Andreas made us feel so welcome and was only a message away if we needed anything. The outdoor space is so relaxing, and the pool & hot tub are cleaned 3 times a week.

    The villa was great very clean had all facilities needed. Located in a quiet area but is near enough to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Malama beach is also very close if you want a change from your own private pool. A lovely restaurant and bar is also on Malamar beach. The hosts were exceptional and knowledgeable, always happy to answer our questions and offer advice on things to do and offer options other areas to explore. Highly recommended!
