Located in a quiet suburb south of the city. Area is quiet and there are woods and a canal nearby. Easy access from the highway. Bus stop is about 10 minute walk away and from there buses go every 20 minutes toward Nuremberg, it will take you 45 minutes to an hour to get to the city center with two transfers. Owners provide a neat manual about all the stuff you need to know about the place (heating, TV, internet, how to get bus tickets, restaurants nearby......). There is a TV with several streaming services, Wi-Fi, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich maker, pots, pans..... Basically everything you need to self cater. A small fridge, but the freezer is not suitable to keep stuff frozen. Toiletries are also provided. Slippers are also a nice touch. Plenty and very conveniently located electric outlets. Bungalow is detached from the house itself so you don't bother the owners and vice versa. Photos posted by owners reflect the actual situation. Owners were easy to reach for any questions and provided help when needed.

Had everything we needed and was super cosy. The location close to the train station was convenient as we did not have to drive and there was plenty to see and do. The host Martina is amazing she goes above and beyond to help, and make sure her guests are happy. Nuremberg is a must to visit, and local hiking was great.

The Xzllenz house is a beautiful, modern holiday home. We were two families of 4 (kids aged 9-13), and this was perfect for our stay. The rooms are bright and well-furnished, with helpful features such as USB outlets on the bedside wall sockets. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are well-equipped with walk-in showers. The house opens with a code rather than a key, which was great for a larger group as anyone could enter as needed. The parking is tight and there are limited spaces, but we were always able to park two family cars. The nearest U-Bahn station is barely a 2 minute walk away, making trips into the centre of town very easy, and the motorway is only a short drive away making access simple. There are three supermarkets around the crossroads with the main road, and a decent shopping centre and swimming pool a little further down (all walkable). We had a great time here, and would absolutely return if we are to stay in the area again.
