I am really thankful I stayed here because of the host Mohammed. He was really helpful from the beginning. He helped us with our trips a lot. He organised someone for a fair price in order to visit Valley of the Kings, Medinat Habu and the Hatshepsut Temple in one day. Furthermore, we told him we wanted to go from Luxor to Aswan by boat. We wanted to avoid to go on a cruise because of the price and also because we preferred something not so touristy. So he organised also for us to go to Aswan by sailboat (filucca). It took us two whole days (with one stop at Edfu temple) and one morning to arrive to Aswan. It was for us the best part of our trip because we shared these 3 days with 2 awesome Egyptian people, Ibrahim and Saber. They cooked for us, prepared the sailboat to make us feel comfortable, and most importantly, they shared with us his experiences and moments of their lives with us. They made everything to make us feel as if we were at home. It was very relaxing and richness being there. I enjoyed so much the company and the fact of being travelling on the Nile by a sailboat. The apartment was really beautiful and big. Also everything was very clean and we could even use the washing machine. Definitely, I would come back here if i come to Luxor again.

Superb villa, which in addition to being beautiful is very well located, in one of the nicest areas of Luxor, on the west bank, which is quieter and less crowded by tourists. To top it all off, Omar is a great host; he's very kind and hospitable, and will make you feel right at home. What's more, he'll always have good advice to share with you on how to organise your visits and the dos and don'ts. So if you have the slightest question, just ask him, he'll be your man.

Considering the little money this place is really amazing. Very quiet with a nice garden and roof terrace for breakfast, all in walkable distance of the public ferry. It provided anything we needed and ahmet and his brother are very helpful without pushing you into anything.

I would like to start this review by saying that I have frequented all types of tourist structures on all continents, and Adam, his villa and his hospitality are EXCEPTIONAL. Our stay in Luxor could not have been as good for many reasons: 1. Adam was of extraordinary help, efficiency and proactivity regarding logistics (transfer, organization of visits, advice). The people they put us in contact with were very friendly, respectful and discreet! 2. The villa is a gem, spacious, clean, private/not overlooked, the swimming pool and the terrace on the roof are superb! you are in the middle of the local people and their plantations. Very close but out of the noise of Luxor center, on the other side of the bank. 3. Adam and his family are pure people. He puts his heart into the reception of his guests and offers you the most personalized experience. Communication before, during and after the stay was very fluid. Do not hesitate for the most authentic stay. Adam, many thanks again.

    Beautiful villa at the West Bank of Luxor, close to the private boat. The room is very cozy and comfortable, also has a well-equipment kitchen and a clean private pool. Mr.Saleh is super friendly and very helpful for the informations and travel advices. Mr.Omar is always available and very helpful as well. Highly recommended if you visit Luxor!

    It is a villa with luxury conditions, furnished with taste and everything you need. It was quiet and we could rest very well. At walking distance there are several terraces where we dined at very reasonable prices.

    A private villa with garden and a lovely cat! The accommodation is located in a small alley of west band and it’s not able to show on Google map, but you can always use the map in booking.com; the host is friendly and whenever you have any question, just text them and they’ll reply in few minutes.
