We enjoyed ourselves like never before... this is definitely our favorite accommodation we've stayed at, even though we travel a lot. Everything in the house is done with attention to detail, everything is cozy, sweet, and made in a way that truly makes you feel at home. The view from the house is beautiful, it's very comfortable to sleep there, and having breakfast in the summer kitchen is just adorable. Ivan is a great host, spontaneous and wonderful, easy going. We were also guests at his restaurant, and the dinner was delicious, as well as the atmosphere. All in all, the rating is more than 10/10. We will definitely come back!

The house is HUGE. So much space. The location is amazing. It is clean, modern and well-equiped. There are restaurnts and grocery shops nearby. There's so many rooms, so many bathrooms and toilets and nice teraces for sun. Perfect for large groups.

The villa was exactly as described. The accommodation was great, the pool and decking area was fantastic. Views of the ocean and volcano were stunning. The sunsets were to die for! Gemma (the host) was so very helpful, kind and on hand if any thing was needed (like recommendations for restaurants, beaches and surf schools). We felt like we lived like locals and had an absolutely great vacation.

The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. It's well-equipped, has lots of cozy corners for a large family to relax, and the garden is lovely and well-maintained. It was easy to communicate with the owner, who kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout the week. The location is nice and quiet, only 20 minutes away from town.

One of the stays that we will definitely remember for a long time! Beautiful place, very impressively decorated with all the necessary amenities. The hosts took care of the smallest detail so that we did not miss anything during our stay. Carefully decorated and very clean rooms, beautifully scented towels and linens. Fresh flowers in a vase, fruit and country eggs were waiting for us - extremely nice! The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is basically the only property in the area. Each room overlooks an outdoor courtyard, so you have to go outside (under a roof) to get to the toilet or kitchen. However, this was not a problem at all, but rather a very interesting experience :) The large inner courtyard has sun loungers, a table with chairs and a heated Jacuzzi. The garden in front of the house has a beautiful view of the sea, the Teide volcano, palm trees and banana fields. We would love to return!

    Excellent pre-arrival communications with lovely manager Lina, who also greeted and showed us around. Lush tropical gardens with several secluded and comfortable seating areas; lovely infinity pool overlooking the ocean; accommodation spotlessly clean and comfortable. A general sense of well-being and calm, set apart from the crowds of some parts of the island. A wonderful retreat for re-charging.

    The grounds are gorgeous and stunning. A wonderfully relaxing place. The villa had a lot of space and the bed was very comfortable. Very helpful hosts. The view is absolutely wonderful.
