We really enjoyed our stay at Cortijo Paulenca. Since I believe we were the first non-Spanish-speaking guests, I was a bit worried about communication but that turned out to be no problem at all! The house was very spacious and perfect for our large family, with everything we needed included. The view from the house was beautiful, especially at night and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. Our favorite part was definitely the large pool, which was perfect for cooling off during the day. Sandra was always kind, attentive and available whenever we needed anything. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here!

    This villa is perfectly placed for the beach, local restaurants, cafes and bars and is walking distance from from Almeria's sea front and marina. We did not have the use of a car for our entire stay and found local grocery shopping was limited; if you have transport, there is a good supermarket a short distance away with plenty of choice at a reasonable cost. Would recommend BBQs by the pool and spending warm evenings on the roof terrace.

    Very close to the beach, very comfortabile, kitchen had everything, washing machine and dryer, bbq and outdoor seating beautiful , can't fault a thing. This villa exceeded my expectation. Communication was great with owner as well as with the caretaker. Prompt response every time we got in touch . I will definitely return. Such a lovely place
