Wonderful cottage, possibly the best I had the pleasure of staying in (although due to circumstances it nearly didn't happen). The living space is comfortable, and was even decorated with a Christmas tree for the season. Very friendly neighbours, but the sound insulation seems to be very good. The master bedroom was big and comfortable, all supplies available, the second bedroom seemed more than fine too. There's a nice very lengthy garden in the back that's charming. Nothing too fancy, but it's good if you want to catch some air in peace.

    It was actually my 2nd stay at Village Retreat and did specifically choose it. Littleport is actually mh hometown so is perfect as a base for me to see family and friends. I know that some would also choose it if they have visitors coming. So quiet and central to the village is definitely a selling point but honestly can't find a fault.

    Peter & Gill are so friendly & welcoming. The studio has every need you could wish for. Cleanliness & Comfortability is a must with most people & Pear Tree Studio has it. A very friendly Village Hall if you fancy a pint or a glass of wine & to unwind. Elvis, our dog is in heaven with the fields almost next door & the dog walks are stunning in Little Thetford.     I received a really warm welcome from the owner. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, light and airy. The location is a quiet village but it was very easy to visit places. I will definitely be rebooking if it is available the next time that I visit the area.
