We loved this stay. Everything was perfect. When I booked it, the house had no reviews yet but the place looked very nice from the photos and I was not wrong. It's very spacious, clean and the beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well equipped, it had everything we needed and even some cereal for breakfast , tea, coffee, etc... The keys were in a lock so it was easy to access on arrival. The house is in a quiet street, it's very safe and there are some nice walks from the house. Ferai was helpful and polite all the way through and very accommodating. The cleaning lady was lovely too, we met her for a few mins when we were leaving. We highly recommend this house for a stay. Thank you Ferai for everything!

A great location, the house is wonderful and was perfect for our needs. We had a dog with us and they had provided throws on the sofa and even a dog lead, towel and umbrella left by the back door. Small touches but really nice. The open plan living is spacious yet cosy and the upstairs space is vast with 2 large double bedrooms. We visited the local pub (very convenient right next door, and good food) and found some wonderful country parks in the local area. A wonderful house for a chilled long weekend which was just what we ordered.

This was amazing 👏! A beautiful house to rent with gorgeous rooms. The horses are stunning, and it was really easy to book lessons. Lots of lovely walks and tourist attractions a short drive away. The dogs loved it, too!

    The cottage is situated perfectly for Foxton locks, Market Harborough and Kilworth and easy to find. It is very spacious and has all the facilities you need. It is outside the village so very peaceful and quiet with a few horses in the neighbouring fields for company. We stayed for three days and will be happy to book again. Also previously stayed next door at waxwing cottage which is equally as nice. Julie is an excellent host, very accommodating when arriving, accessing the keys and checking that we had everything we needed.
