Everything. The location, the loft. The property is very stylish and nicely designed. There are a lot of details that make the environment feel like a home not just an accommodation. It is exceptionally clean and from the home fragrance to the hand wash everything smells nice and gives a luxurious touch. There was welcome beer and champagne in the fridge, even though I only had one beer, it is a nice touch. There were cookies and chips which I discovered later. Small things, but matter. The host was very kind, she welcomed us the next morning.

This little cabin is an absolute gem & a very rare find! Completely secluded but also provides you with everything you could possibly want for your stay. The views are stunning & Richard is a fabulous host. There is a swimming pond (which we didn’t use this time around) & plenty of room for your dog to run around. Dotty the Dalmatian is gorgeous & you can invite her in if you wish - we loved her. Unfortunately we didn’t see the deer this time, but got up early for a beautiful sunrise & some rabbits. The local town is a very short drive from Monument Field & has a lovely cafe/hotel & a Co-op for supplies. We will definitely be booking again - thank you!

Ideal location, garden, hosts lovely. Janice is a very experienced host as evidenced from the extras in the property; provided an allergen free hamper. Dog friendly and cosy, thick cob walls, decor in keeping with the age. On the first floor the bedroom fresh & bed was comfortable. Outdoor living equally spoilt, parasol, choice aspects at table in morning sun, L shape sofa in afternoon sun over well stocked garden & water feature & escape to the shade bistro rattan at the back door against an old stone wall cascading red berries so pretty. The cottage is attached to the hosts home & side entrance through a side gate, it was very private and their presence welcoming, always smiling & relaxed. It was a charming experience & look forward to seeing them again.

Location was perfect! I went to visit my mum who lives down the road from the property. I found the owners to be very helpful & responded to our questions very promptly! They were very informative. The property was lovely & spacious lovely & clean modern home the plus for me was having a driveway for the car. Nice quiet area near city centre & other amenities. I ordered a local takeout located in crownhill village just up the road. Free Wi-Fi was another plus for us & fully equipped for us! WE WILL Definitely BE BOOKING AGAIN SOON 😁
