Lovely location. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of dog walks from the door. Handy for shop, pub, cafe and train. Car park worked well for us using a week long permit for it and other east Devon car parks.

Mimosa is in an excellent location, very close to Dawlish centre. The hosts were extremely helpful as I booked the wrong dates and could not change online. We had a very comfortable stay and it suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastic view towards the sea and the River Exe. Modern, clean, stylish accommodation. All the facilities you could need. Parking. Garden. Very quiet and peaceful location. Deer were spotted in the field near the property.

Cleanest property I have ever stayed. Very comfortable. Beds really good too. Loved this house. great location. fantastic response from lady who looks after the property & any issues - we had an issue with a lock & it was resolved quickly - made all the difference (excellent customer service). So clean!
