Clean and comfortable, good size tv, lovely property! Lots of space for our dog in the garden. Milk, water, biscuits and plenty of kitchen essentials provided. Hosts were lovely too. Comfy couch and bed. We were only here for one night to avoid any New Year fireworks at home for our dog but it was ideal- rural and quiet but cozy! We’d definitely come back.

Frank was so kind and welcoming and went out of his way to make our arrival and departure as easy as possible. He gave great local tips and was available if we needed anything. It was nice to have such a personal touch from someone who knows and loves North Berwick and genuinely wants guests to have a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants, but also quiet and relaxed. North Berwick was a great discovery. We want to go back, and would love to stay at this property again!

Absolutely beautiful stay in Edinburgh! This 4-bedroom villa in Morningside was everything we hoped for and more. Each room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire space felt like a luxury retreat. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our group — modern, fully equipped, and ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. The location is fantastic — tucked away in a quiet residential area The host was professional, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. This home is absolutely stunning, a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Paula was lovely to communicate with and any instructions were clear and easy to follow. The master bedroom is an absolute delight with the comfiest bed and lovely en suite with both bath & shower. Everyone slept well and felt completely relaxed in this beautiful home. Proximity into the city was great, a short ride on the bus which stops a couple of minutes walk from the house and runs every 12 minutes! Supermarkets within 5 mins and the restaurant literally on thr doorstep was really good. Would absolutely love to stay here again

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful place decorated with such a good taste, super clean and always smelling good. It is provided with everything you could need during your stay and cook some meals. Our host was very flexible with our arrival time and also had very nice welcoming details such as fresh flowers and yummy treats for the whole family. We were delighted to enjoy the visit of a deer into the garden. Speechless! Definitely a nice experience and I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you Julie!

    Nice and comfortable caravan, located in a quiet part of the holiday village, with own parking spot on a doorstep. The village has some entertainment, couple of eateries and a mini supermarket. The city bus stops just outside village entrance (5 min walk from the caravan) and takes you to the downtown, although it will take you an hour to get there :-) Nevertheless we appreciated this opportunity to leave the car and go explore Edinburgh with a double decker.
