7 The Walks was full of character and was very comfortable. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, a large kitchen and large comfortable lounge.Very clean and well equipped, e.g. a proper washing-up cloth rather than the usual j-cloth! I loved the old-fashioned toilet with the pull chain which reminded me of my childhood at my grandmother’s house. I also loved the wonky floors and the first floor bedroom with the low beamed ceiling and the old wooden bed in it (very comfortable mattress). It was lovely to wake up in the morning with a ‘lost in time’ feeling. Parking wasn’t a problem. Two close lovely walks to the right and left.

The peaceful environment with amazing views of the countryside. Very spotless property lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Great walks of the Orchard and beyond. The cottage is beautifully furnished and the host, Georgie, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived to a lovely welcome basket of goodies and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The beds are super comfortable.

Beautiful tranquil gardens , large ponds , wildlife . No noise apart from occasionally hearing the owls at night , just absolute heaven . Very private . Immaculately clean, very comfortable and relaxing modern interior. Comfortable beds with luxury bedding . We stayed early December, we were warm and snug, loved the under floor heating in the bathroom . Everything is planned and laid out well . Lots to see in the area and some first class restaurants recommended by the owners are left on the welcome pack . Would definitely love to return it was a magical experience staying at The Duck House . The owners are incredibly nice . You won’t get better than this .

    A little more spacious than we expected. Great for access to RTW, and Frant village was charming for a Sunday stroll and lunch. We were 5 adults, and that was fine for a couple of nights. Would be perfect for couple plus children.
