Everything was perfectly maintained, the bed was comfortable and the blockout curtains were fabulous. The location is excellent and the off street parking very safe. Whisper quiet even though it is in town. We enjoyed pizza from d’alessandro and the pub next door to the pizza restaurant had lovely gin. We would definitely book this beautiful place again.

Beautiful and very comfortable appartment with all facilities we could wish for on a good location in Bakewell. Modern, but with a nice twist to the Derbyshire environment. Hannah responded very quick and friendly to our questions. We enjoyed our three days stay here very much.

    In a beautiful village. Old quirky cottage that was well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds and linen were wonderful and cosy. Loved the crisps and elderflower water left for us. It was a very sociable space for a family holiday.

    the location was good, though challenging to find, it was quiet village, beds and bedding very comfortable and warm. the photograph of the property certainly helped to locate the cottage.. There were no shops in the village -- which was absolutly fine by us, but may not have suited others. Some good local eating places and well situated for exploring.
