It is set in a garden with a private patio and access to lots of outdoor space. 10 minutes walk along a quiet, pretty lane, gets you to the wonderful local pub and to gorgeous rural walking routes. A welcome basket included tea, coffee, muesli, porridge, sugar, milk and eggs........more than enough for two good breakfasts for the four of us. Super quiet too considering the horses and farm setting. Helen was fabulous, nothing was too much effort- even though she is busy running her stud farm too!
