Wonderful host who is there for you and is on top of things managing the property at the highest standards. The rooms were put together and organized very well. We definitely felt safe and comfortable. Levani showed us where the local closest market is and gave us some amazing tours of the area which are simply mind-blowing!!

House is newly built, fully equipped, comfortable. Before arriving we read comments on Google and started to scare, but all comments about mouses, rude host is lie. Host easily speaks English and Russian languages, very welcoming, fast responding. We found nice towels, white, clean bedsheets. It has nice mountain view, you can hear river near by. We also found shop ~200m away.

This is the best room I have ever stayed in Georgia, it made me love with the city of borjomi. The landlady is a very nice person, even though she doesn't speak much English, she will try her best to provide you with all the help you need. There is a kitchen and a small garden, it's not too far from the city center, btw I like the supermarket there.In short, if you want or love country life, this place is definitely worth it!

    We wanted to hike the n10 loop in the borjomi & kharagauli national park, a beautiful hike which starts 200 meters from Villa Maxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we could even take a shower after our hike after we checked out. We only stayed here for 1 night because of our limited time in Georgia but if you have more time then it's definitely worth staying longer. The house itself is clean and has all the amenities you need.
