Great place to stay during your Rhodes visit.Everything was perfect, Avli village house was clean and exactly like the photos.Jacuzzi was amazing!!!We also enjoyed a lot a wonderful ride into the village on bikes but what i loved most was having my breakfast in the beautiful yard listening to the sounds of nature!!! Tsampikos is a fantastic host is always ready to help and share things to see and places to visit! Thank you for everything❣️

Everything. It is quite new, very well appointed, comfortable, clean and beautifully positioned by the beach with a lovely view of Turkey. The WiFi was excellent. We are an older couple and very much appreciated the quietness as it is on the lesser developed west coast. The owner was very communicative and nothing was too much trouble. She was lovely. The restaurant called Elena, a short walk away (2 minutes) offered excellent food and you can walk into Soroni which has a very good supermarket. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa to anybody.

First of all, thank to Konstantinos – a very positive and welcoming host. He met us at the airport and took us to the house, and he was available at any time if we had questions. The house is located in a wonderful spot, right by the beach. Just a few meters away, there was a great taverna serving local food, and shops were within walking distance, even if you don’t have a car. The house is fully equipped (the host has thought of every little detail). If you plan to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen available. It was also great to have a washing machine with all the necessary detergents, as well as an ironing board and iron. Each room had air conditioning, which was a real lifesaver during the hot season to cool down and relax. At check-out, we were supposed to leave the key on the table or in the key box by the gate. However, in a rush, the kids closed the door with the key still inside. When we realized what had happened, the host responded in a very understanding and kind way, saying that these things happen.I still feel bad about this incident, which caused the host some extra costs.

We have met a very nice person, even beautiful : Nicolinda ....she is so attentive to her guests and provides advice, ideas, places not to be missed and products of her garden. Thanks to her, and her family, we were able to enjoy the must-see sites and taste Greek specialities. It's more than a rental, it's a family home since we were welcomed like friends in a wonderful way. We particularly appreciated the quiet, restful location among olive trees, with a swimming pool. We can't wait to meet up again with this lovely family and rediscover the tourist sites. See you soon I hope. Louiza

Very clean and all you can possibly need property. My family was in Rhodes for kitesurfing, therefore the location for our needs was ideal - close to the spot (our top priority) but also just 30 min away from Old Town and the magnificent Anthony Quinn Bay for fun and relaxation. The house is surrounded by olive trees, which add to the local charm and authenticity. We were extremely happy with our host Eleni who answered all of our questions almost instantly and graciously allowed us a late check out. Thank you Sunset Villa Theologos and Eleni for the hospitality and great experience!

Very spacious apartement, really nice kitchen with multiple plates, glases, cups etc. To our suprise host had provided us with water, fruits, bread, and other products to make our own sandwitches. In each room there was a TV. It was very convienient to have a washing mashine and iron. There was a yoga mat and dumbbells. There also was a first aid kit and a sewing kit. There were three places to eat lunch inside and outside the house. The house even had a barbecue grill. It felt like a perfect family home.

    Following a cancelled flight I had to find us accommodation immediately. The host bent over backwards to ensure clean bedding and towels within an hour of arrival. It was a very relaxing stay that was a real relief following a hellish airport experience. Cute village, 5 mins drive from beaches, great local food. Would go back for sure.
