The owner messaged some days before my arrival and explained how to get the key and was always in touch to answer my questions. Stylish designed apartments, but the stairs to the second floor.... :( Small supermarket, tavernas, bars in short walking distance to apartments. Quiet area (in may). Police station nearby. Advise to leave car in parking place nearby, not to drive exactly to apartment.

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianna. The villa was brand new, clean and well designed featuring spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals or even have a barbecue. The area was very calm and very close to the beach, meanwhile small shops, cafes were some minutes away by using a car. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

We loved the village of Gennadi, there was live music in the tavernas most evenings, was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The flat was really comfortable and the owner's mother was a lovely lady who helped out when we couldnt understand why we had no electricity. The whole village was without electricity, not for long. Vasia the owner was also brilliant with her communications and did everything to make our stay the best. Thank you.

Really nice and peaceful place, a comfortable villa with the spacious living room decorated in a cozy home style, 2 comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. good air-condition in each room, the villa with a beautiful sea view, a cozy terrace, a good place to rest after windsurfing, 5-7 minutes walk to Gennadi shops and restaurants, good & nice local cleaning service, responsive, helping with any issues if there are any with the Villa, we recommend it for other guests

A very perfectly presented garden, with small paths, interesting plants and a totally clean swimming pool. Situated in a very quite area but very close to village, the house has everything a family needs. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, large TV and clean linens. I certainly recommend will surely be back..

The location itself was very useful. The town of Gennadi (2mons car ride) has everything you could need - supermarket, bakery, souvenir shop, apothecary. The beach was a 3min walk away. The facilities were also all as advertised - a very nice pool, working grill (with stone oven for pizzas even!) and plenty of space. Villa A also has a basketball hoop! The rooms were clean and they included all that you would need for a group of friends. We were 6 and used the master bedroom (upstairs) for one couple, the other bedroom (basement) for the second couple, while the third couple used the pull out couch in the living room (ground floor). Each room has its own AC unit. One bathroom upstairs, one on the ground floor. While there was room for another 2-3 persons to sleep, I probably wouldn't recommend it - 6 is the sweet spot! 2 terraces and 3 outdoor spaces (with tables and sitting area) offer plenty of room. Anastasia is also very lovely and was available at any time in the day per WhatsApp for assistance and general help if needed. I highly recommend renting a car (we are very satisfied with the service of Rodos Cars, but heard great things from other local companies too!) and using White Villas as your main camp for exploring the island.

Everything. Great location if have hired car, lovely beach within a 2 minute walk with crystal clear water and as calm as a duck pond. Property was immaculate and had all the facilities and amenities required. Pool was ideal for the kids. George was the best host we’d ever had.

    Beautiful white villas side by side in a great location. In the photos it looks like it is far from the town center but it is very close walking distance to the sea and the center. We already have our own private pool, but the coast is so calm that we also had our own private sea beach:) We had a very small problem and they solved it immediately, which surprised me very much. It was my first time in Rhodes, next time I have already made a plan to keep all the villas with our friends.

Close to the beach and the pleasant village of Gennadi with its great restaurants and shops. Quiet location. The welcome package was both kind and generous. Maria from Rhodes Holiday Villas responded promotion our queries and was particularly helpful during checkin and checkout.

    the villas is simply fantastic: everything new and extremelly well equipped from the kitchen to the rooms. At arrival we also found water and beer in the fridge. I have to underline a special mention to the property manager, ANESTIS DIALOLOUKAS with is always ready and quick to answer to any question and needs we had and very competent and skilled. for sure we will come come back to this fantastic place!

    This truly is a wonderful spot - The pool, the sea view and of course the villa itself. We had a great time here. Alpha Villas is a place were you feel comfortable and relaxed. There is a lot of space on the terrace and the pool where you can enjoy the Rhodian sun. The host takes exceptionally good care of the customers. The pool was cleaned every other day and there was an "extra cleaning" of the property during our stay. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we had here!

    The villa was in a great location just down the road from many restaurants and with a car in a great location to explore the Island both up and down. The villa was very well equipped and looked after extremely well by the owners next door. One of the best villas I’ve stayed in.

    Good location and clean house, good pool. There are three villas that I believe share the pool. I think two of them come as one - Villas Mina but I thin the third villa might be possible to rent separaently so you might have other people renting next to you and using the pool? We didnt have anyone else so it wasn't a problem but I'd want that clarified if you wanted privacy. We were there just after the fires and they even put in a temporary wifi for us as the main lines had got damaged in the fire but it was fixed during or stay

    We really enjoyed our stay at Melilia villa. The villa was brand new, well designed, spacious and there was a nice private pool and barbecue area. The location between Prasanisi and Gennadi was perfect for us. Prasanisi beach is by far the best kite and windsurf spot of the island and the village of Gennadi has some nice restaurants and bars. We love to go back soon!
