The rooms and the place is amazing. In the morning one can have breakfast on the terrace with plenty of shadow, while during the midday hours the interior stays cool with the help of an air cooler and isolated from the heat because of the stone walls. The rooms are well curated, even contain some relic old items, and the bathrooms are very clean. Recommended for one even two families with kids.

The villa is very close to Ioaninna city center, shopping centers and city exit what made the daily drives very easy. The location is up on the hill what makes it very quiet. Spiros our host was very friendly and always took care for our needs.

Located on the hillside with fantastic views of the lake and even the airport if you enjoy watching aeroplanes. (Although not a busy airport so noise is not an issue) Enjoyed the sunrise each morning over the lake with a coffee on the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and a supermarket 6 minute walk away. Lovely well kept pool.

    This house is really amazing, and the experience of staying here in this remote mountain village was truly unique. We hiked Vikos gorge while staying here, and being able to do the hike from the front door of our house was excellent.

    Absolutely THE BEST!! I trully recommend this luxury villa located in the center, easy to access and park, super clean and wonderfull even for partners, friends or big families. The host makes everything to make awesome ur stay and the breakfast IS wonderfull. Comfortable beds, smart TV and fridge with food...all u can imagine. We Will come back for sure and i recommend It as the best???
