It is a spectacular place with a wonderful view. The furniture was very modern and minimalist, which makes this villa so special. Everything is new and and modern.Every day the villa was cleaned by the ladies, the breakfast was very delicious where nothing was missing. The pool was big and very clean, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Epiphany and we will come back, the best point was Stella's hospitality, very kind to welcome us in every detail. It was the best stay in Greece, thanks to Stella. It exceeded our expectations, everything was more beautiful than in the photos. I highly recommend it.

We’re happy to leave the first review for Ioanian Home – and it’s a very positive one. The house is modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. Communication with Viki was easy and pleasant, and we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful surprise in the fridge and on the kitchen counter. What we appreciated the most were the two bathrooms, the spacious terrace with breathtaking sunsets, and the private parking within the property. The area is quiet and peaceful – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on Lefkada.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for 9 nights, and we can confidently say it’s an absolute gem! Everything is brand new, of superior quality, and impeccably designed down to the finest details. The villa offers a touch of luxury and exceptional comfort. It is extremely well equipped — from the kitchen stocked with all types of glasses, cutlery, dishes, foil, and dishwasher capsules, to the laundry area with a washing machine and capsules, and even USB chargers conveniently placed in every bedside table. Absolutely nothing was missing — it truly felt like a home away from home, only better! The balconies were another highlight: elegantly furnished with stylish and comfortable seating, they offered a breathtaking view of the sea stretching out before us. We spent countless peaceful moments just soaking in the beauty and serenity. Elvira and her son Viktor were such lovely and welcoming hosts. They greeted us warmly with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit, and even made sure to clean and change the bed linen during our stay — a rare and much appreciated gesture of care. The house itself, the furniture, the design — everything is at a high standard, perfectly thought out and tastefully executed. We were two families and felt simply spoiled by the level of attention, comfort, and beauty we experienced here. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended — and we would return in a heartbeat!

    To be honest this was the best experience we have ever had with our family. The location was superb, host was perfect (the best one we have ever had). We received all important information about restaurants, boat trips and other interesting things to see in Lefkada. Property was even better then we expected from booking page! The view from the pool was breathtaking. I really hope this is not our last visit at Anatoli Villas. We highly recommend this place for anybody that is looking for perfect vacation!

    The villas were the most incredible place for a large group to stay - the views are absolutely incredible, the villas are luxurious, clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location near Nikiana is fantastic. In particular, Spiros the property manager went above and beyond for us, helping us at every step as well as giving us great recommendations for things to do around the island. We can't recommend the villas highly enough!

    Everything was fantastic! The villa is amazing, very comfortable and maintained really well. Very spacious for 4 people! We loved the private pool area and it’s surrounding. Spyros, the owner, is very friendly and professional. Always there if you need him.

    The pool was amazing. The house is nice too but it needs some refurbishment. The "luxury" title is a bit of an over statement. The pool table in the basement was also fun although it was quite hot down there and a bit of a weird smell. The property is not bad but definitely VERY VERY over priced. We stayed in the Lavanda villa. Can't speak about the other one located slightly uphill, but it looked like Lavanda had the better sea view.
