In this place, the hosts have tried to navigate you in easy steps through laminated signposts with useful tips, which are completely sufficient for everything you need on the island. The hosts are extremely kind-hearted. They are extremely hospitable. There is also an accurate public transport schedule available (photo) A unique view of the sea under Skopelos from the terrace of this place. I recommend trying the unique food and taverns: - Agnanti Restaurant Skopelos Glossa - super Sea view and gourmet food - Plaza Louki - super sea view and cheap delicious food. Try soufflés - Iliovasilema - Sunset - the central city tavern with grilled lamb, mutton and pork. Super quality and delicious food Do not miss to experience the lifestyle and folklore of the locals by visiting the Folklore Museum. Watch the sunset on the terrace of this place with a DSLR camera, ouzo in hand and chicken soufflé from the center of the place and enjoy the silence, view, peace, harmony and in the company of a neighbor's kitten. Don't forget to feed it for luck.

The villa was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the seamless indoor-outdoor living space: the large sliding doors opened the living room right out onto a wraparound terrace, making it feel airy and connected to nature. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They checked in after our first night, shared great local tips, and even left refreshments in the fridge. With a rental car, getting around was easy. Beautiful beaches, tavernas, and the town center were all just a short drive away. The view from the terrace was stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to relax and explore the island. Great find, would absolutely stay again!

A lovely small apartment in the heart of the town. It's in a very quiet location but within easy reach of everything the town offers. Inside the flat, everything is brand new with all you need to have a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a great extra with space on the little balcony to hang out your clothes. The host was very responsive and really helpful. Highly recommend.

The view was honestly breathtaking, waking up to that sea and island scenery felt unreal. The place was super clean, the beds were really comfy, and the whole vibe was peaceful and cozy. The owner was so sweet and welcoming, even helped us out by washing our clothes. There was a bus stop nearby too, so getting around was easy without a car. Just overall a really smooth and relaxing stay.

Zina has a beautiful house and incredible garden.She has welcomed us there and provided us with jam, fruits, and water, which was quite welcoming after the flight and heat. We were 4 adults and 1 child and had enough space (2 bedrooms plus one extra cot). The kitchen was well equipped with everything, so you can do your own cooking if you want. Air conditioning and wifi were very good, and she helped with the cleaning daily - you decide together when and how. In the evenings, you can sit in the porch/ hammock, or you can go by foot to some of the taverns nearby (Jasteri being 10 min away). Overall, we had a very nice experience and felt as if at home. Thank you, Zina, for everything!

Excelent facilities. Extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious. The house had everything you may need during your stay. Nice decoration and details around the property. Beautifull garden and outdoor sitting for your morning coffee. We literally liked everything. Good location close to the nice beach (10 min walking). Very responsive owners did everything for our comfortable stay and assisted immediately in everything we asked for. Overall really nice experience with Calma cottage accomodation.

    Brand new and quiet villa very well equipped, stunning view on sunset. Nice and polite landlord andstaff (Costas picked em us at the port) Best solution for family or 2 couple of friends like us. Either short or long stay. Next time to Skiathos will be back for sure Bernie, Padova Iyaly

    Everything!!! Katerina, the villa, the view and location are second to none!! Can't wait to come back but the only way we could afford it from now on is leave a rubbish review so no customers and we can go back anytime!! But that wouldn't be right an dthe villa is so homely and stunning!!

    Fabulous villa, with fantastic facilities. Great host, with cake on arrival and a Moussaka mid week appeared when they had been in to clean. Up in the hills but walkable to town centre.

    The location had the best views and the villa itself was very well stocked with absolutely everything. The owner was so helpful if we needed anything and I could not fault the cleanliness. A bit of a steep drive way, but we got used to it in the end.
