Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

Everything is new, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking space. We had a very special night at the outdoor BBQ. 10 minutes drive to the next city where there are plenty of bakery, shops and restaurants.

The whole villa is exceptional. Its crystal clean and has everything you need for your family stay. We stayed for over a week with a baby and felt very comfortable. Here’s the translation to English: Among the amazing places in Afytos, First of all, I want to mention Katrina and her mother for their exceptional hospitality! They respond to every request immediately and always do so with all their heart! Secondly, The suite is so luxurious, with a high level of cleanliness and endless pampering. Everything is modern and new, with a pleasant and large garden. Perfect sound insulation! In the fridge, a bottle of local white wine was waiting for us, and on the table, there were snacks and chocolates! The location is exactly in the center, a short walk to everywhere. There’s private parking. And most importantly, it felt like a warm and loving home. I’m sure we’ll return here again without hesitation!

    A high class property that by far exceeded our expectations and is easily comparable with top villas in Mykonos etc. Having stayed numerous times at the Sani Resort hotels, the overall experience is at least on the same level and in a more private setting. Kudos also to the host who is available 24/7 and helped us with quite some extra requests.

    First of all, it must be said that the house is not really luxurious as it is now advertised! instead, the location is in a place where you can really relax in peace with a private pool without being disturbed by any person or other things! Kids can play around the pool plenty green space,you can have fun at the pool jumping doing whatever you want !

    The villa is located in a good location near to nice villages like Afytos and Kalithea with many options for bars restaurants and beaches. We appreciated the private pool and the nice garden. The staff was kind and friendly willing to help anytime.
