I loved the location. That being said, it may not be for everyone. It's not on the beach. However... the area, where the house is located, is truly beautiful. There were 11 of us and it never felt crowded.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for 9 nights, and we can confidently say it’s an absolute gem! Everything is brand new, of superior quality, and impeccably designed down to the finest details. The villa offers a touch of luxury and exceptional comfort. It is extremely well equipped — from the kitchen stocked with all types of glasses, cutlery, dishes, foil, and dishwasher capsules, to the laundry area with a washing machine and capsules, and even USB chargers conveniently placed in every bedside table. Absolutely nothing was missing — it truly felt like a home away from home, only better! The balconies were another highlight: elegantly furnished with stylish and comfortable seating, they offered a breathtaking view of the sea stretching out before us. We spent countless peaceful moments just soaking in the beauty and serenity. Elvira and her son Viktor were such lovely and welcoming hosts. They greeted us warmly with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit, and even made sure to clean and change the bed linen during our stay — a rare and much appreciated gesture of care. The house itself, the furniture, the design — everything is at a high standard, perfectly thought out and tastefully executed. We were two families and felt simply spoiled by the level of attention, comfort, and beauty we experienced here. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended — and we would return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic villa! Located in a very quiet and peaceful area of Lefkada, it feels like a true retreat — yet it’s only a few minutes’ drive from lovely local tavernas, charming shops, and everything you might need. The pool view is absolutely breathtaking; you could easily spend hours just relaxing by the water and soaking in the scenery. The same goes for the living room — it’s bright, spacious, and beautifully designed, with large windows that let you enjoy the view even when you’re indoors. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches like extra towels and loungers. You can really tell that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home. Melanie, the host, was fantastic — warm, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommending this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lefkada!

A lot of thought and consideration has gone into this project. It’s all been done to an extremely high standard. The beds are very comfortable, with softer mattresses than the usual Greek ones (which was much appreciated at the end of a two week trip around Lefkada!). Linens are of high quality and everything is extremely clean. It’s about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Nidri, but I actually prefer this area. It’s peaceful, less congested but there are still lots of dining options on a great stretch of beach. As mentioned previously, the views from the bed and the balcony are stunning. Photos can’t do it justice. I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Elia Perigiali Lefkada! The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the island.     We stayed at this villa, and it was simply perfect. The hospitality was exceptional, with a well-stocked fridge, wine, beach mats, and umbrellas. On our last night, the villa owner graciously provided a delightful dinner. The villa manager was always available to answer any questions and ensured our experience in Lefkada was flawless. Highly recommended!

    The location was lovely, it was just a short walk to the local village which had a convenience store some local traditional restaurants and the most amazing bakery. All of the locals were very friendly, especially our host who could not have been more helpful - She even cooked us a delicious dinner one evening! The villa was beautiful with really amazing views, it was equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable.

    I recommend this location for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay. The closest beach is Vasiliki, 15-20 minutes drive. The villa is very well equipped, the guest very responsive and helpful and the village has everything you might need: bakery, restaurant, market.
